Data Clinic recovers Buffalo Ministation

MacBook (OSX) won't boot up, put drive in an external USB Carrier and won't mount, nor could it be seen via Disk Utility or Data Rescue. Drive doesn't appear to be ticking. I have had a few drives recovered by Data Clinic. Can you remind me if the diagnosis/quote is FOC, even if data is recoverable. I ask as the client wants to know how much it would cost before they commit if it us possible to recover the data.

I have two external hard drives. I would like to migrate the old time machine backups on to my new hard drive but can't seemed to do so. Also, I can't open mail on my new time machine

HP laptop hard drive seems to have died on me, when I turn the laptop on it asks for windows OS to be installed. There is a ticking sort of noise and the HD isn't working in my SATA hard drive reader. Important files on there that I need. Data recovery needed and need a quote.

Buffalo Ministation banged
Ticking sounds but now stopped
Not readabke. The hard drive in question is a 1TB external 2.5 inch Toshiba usb drive. It belongs to a friend of mine and has alot of photos stored on. When he bought this hard drive i partitioned it into two 500gb partitions for him as to use 500gb for photos (from his computer/laptop) and 500gb for his grandsons Xbox games. His grandson knocked it off the top of his Xbox falling about 6 inches while plugged in and it failed. It attempts to spin up and after around 6 seconds it gives off a constant loud click every 3 or 4 seconds. I opened the caddy to try the hard drive directly plugged into my Desktop computer (to rule out failed usb controller) and gives the same results.

I have two external hard drives. I would like to merge the two Time machine updates. Also, I can not access Mail through Time Machine

I need to recover 3-4 TB from a hard drive, damaged as per the description below:
Drive type: 10-head external 4 TB 2.5" Seagate ST4000LM016, serial W80031QS Fault: Heads mashed and mangled, locked firmware etc.
PC Medic has quoted the cost at £990 + VAT + the cost of a new hard drive to receive the data. This seems rather expensive. I do need the data back, but I can afford to wait a few weeks.
I live in Solihull but am currently in the Isle of Wight. If you think you can make a better offer, please say so ASAP, preferably by 4 pm on Tuesday May 23 2017. If I decide to use your services, I'll try to deliver the drive to you on Saturday May 27 (or the nearest subsequent day you can receive it)
